Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work cooperatively with laboratory, design, and product marketing teams.
• Coordinate with vendors for mechanical/electrical facility systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope.
• Under supervision, provide limited guidance and analyze information for others.
• Evaluate designs and cost improvements under experienced engineer guidance.
• Identify and procure materials to construct prototypes and participate in design of new models.
• Support test programs for prototypes, analyze data to verify specifications.
• Assist in sourcing and coordinating procurement of materials for model changes.
• Analyze and recommend cost improvements through product or design changes.
• Provide technical analysis of competitive products and support sales/marketing.
