Job summary
Hussmann Corporation in Missouri seeks a Controls Engineer to design, validate, and release electronic control products and software-enabled features for Hussmann equipment. You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, field service, and customers to ensure reliable, safe control operation and provide technical support across teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience with PLCs, embedded systems, and control concepts.
- Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
Responsibilities
- Capture requirements and design documentation for electronic control systems and PC-based apps.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to improve electronic designs for cost and reliability.
- Validate control systems and software behavior, including troubleshooting improvements.
- Create manuals, procedures, test plans, and technical bulletins.
