Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT automation and PLC-based control systems.
• Experience with robotic systems and automated manufacturing equipment in production environments.
• Hands-on PLC programming and troubleshooting across IEC61131-3 languages.
• Proficient in HMI/SCADA platforms and industrial networks.
• Experience with field commissioning and startup support.

Responsibilities

• Commission Beckhoff TwinCAT automation systems, including programming and IO checks.
• Provide startup support for new equipment installations and coordinate with vendors/teams.
• Troubleshoot existing production machines to restore operation.
• Diagnose ladder logic, structured text, and other IEC61131-3 languages.
• Configure and support HMI/SCADA systems for operator visibility.
• Manage industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, Modbus, OPC-UA).
• Interpret electrical schematics and BOMs; maintain drawings in SkyCAD/AutoCAD/ EPLAN.
