Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Science engineering (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of Controls Engineer experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to rotate through 3 shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) and work overtime/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Enforces safe work practices as the highest priority.
• Provides controls engineering and electrical support across production.
• Trains and guides maintenance and skilled trades personnel.
• Diagnoses system and equipment issues and contributes to problem resolution.
• Implements controls modifications and continuous improvement of processes.
• Performs technical troubleshooting for production departments.
• Supports floor-to-upper level systems integration.
• Participates in planning and launch activities.
• Supervises maintenance activities and coordinates hourly trades.
