Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with PLC programming, SCADA/HMI development, and industrial control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC and SCADA/HMI programs.
• Design and implement industrial automation and control systems.
• Perform onsite and remote system startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Integrate automation systems with fire and gas safety equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and provide technical support to customers.
• Develop technical documentation, operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Controls Engineering or industrial automation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Rockwell Studio 5000/ControlLogix, Siemens TIA Portal/S7, or Ignition SCADA.
• Hands‑on PLC programming or industrial control system design experience.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols, including Modbus TCP/IP or Profibus.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to travel 25–50% to customer sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience programming PLCs or designing control systems from scratch.
• Semiconductor manufacturing or fab experience.
• Fire and gas detection, toxic gas monitoring, or life safety systems experience.
• Familiarity with MS SQL, AutoCAD, VMware, or LonWorks.
