LHH is seeking an electrical controls engineer to support automated manufacturing lines, troubleshoot electrical and automation systems, and program PLCs. The role involves collaborating with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to implement upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.

Prior experience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell controls is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree (bachelor's preferred) and 2+ years in a manufacturing setting, with strong

• 2+ years of controls, automation, or related engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell controls and PLC programming/troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment and help keep production running efficiently.
• Troubleshoot controls, electrical, automation, and equipment issues on the manufacturing floor.
• Program, troubleshoot, and support PLC and controls systems.
• Work with robotics, vision systems, sensors, motion control, and custom-integrated equipment.
• Support equipment upgrades, modifications, installation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner closely with maintenance, production, engineering, project management, and other teams to solve technical issues.
• Communicate technical problems and solutions effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
