Aditi Consulting is seeking an Autonomous Truck Integration and Validation Engineer for the 1st shift in Green Valley, AZ. You will create and execute test plans for autonomous haul trucks and analyze results to drive improvements.

The role requires 2-4 years of engineering or CS experience, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work in test/development of control systems) and hands-on troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and software domains. On-site with standard benefits and pay.

Payrate: $48.00 - $50.00/hr.

Position's Contributions to Work Group:

• This is for an Autonomous TRUCK Integration and Validation Engineer on our 1st shift team.

Typical task breakdown:

• Creating and/or Updating test and development plans for autonomous haul truck testing
• Executing testing on autonomous drills
• Analyzing test data
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or software issues for autonomous haul trucks
• Thoroughly documenting and communicating issues found during testing
• Writing test reports and giving recommendations based on testing experience

Education & Experience Required:

• Years of experience: 2-4 years

Pay Transparency:

$48.00 - $50.00/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
