This onsite DIRECT-HIRE role targets candidates with 3–5 years of controls or automation experience who want to grow into more project ownership within a stable engineering team. Travel about 20–25% is expected to support commissioning and customer support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in controls engineering, automation, or PLC programming
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred, not required)
• Hands‑on experience with PLC programming and ladder logic
• Exposure to automation software development or industrial control systems
• Experience with startup, testing, or commissioning of automated equipment
• Ability to travel 20–25% for commissioning and customer support
• Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities
