Base pay range

They’re looking for a Controls Engineer who knows their way around JCI (Metasys, Facility Explorer) and isn’t afraid to dive into Niagara, Tridium, Honeywell, or other platforms. Someone who can own the programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting—but who also knows the value of clean drawings, sharp documentation, and trust with the end user.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Programming and commissioning BAS platforms like JCI, Niagara N4, Tridium, and Honeywell
• Interpreting mechanical and controls drawings, sequences, and specs
• Troubleshooting systems and resolving issues in real-time
• Designing UIs and writing accurate as-built documentation
• Supporting layout, engineering, and project design
• Overseeing field installations and quality control
• Building client trust and maintaining vendor relationships
• Managing your time and hitting project deadlines

What You’ll Bring:

• A solid background in HVAC systems and building automation
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a “figure it out” mindset
• Experience with JCI systems (Metasys or Facility Explorer) strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Tridium, Niagara N4, Alerton, or Honeywell platforms
• Confidence in the field, plus clean and organized communication skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
