Job summary

ProKatchers LLC seeks an experienced automation engineer with 3–5 years in industrial controls within a manufacturing setting. You will work with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLC platforms and Studio 5000/RSLogix, and configure HMI/SCADA systems such as FactoryTalk View or Wonderware.

ProKatchers LLC values expertise in instrumentation, sensors, VFDs, MCCs, and safety standards including NEC/NFPA 70 and NFPA 79, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial controls and automation engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley PLC platforms (ControlLogix, CompactLogix) and Studio 5000 / RSLogix 5000 programming software.
• Experience with HMI and SCADA configuration (FactoryTalk View, Wonderware, or similar).
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols including EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, Profibus, and Modbus.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Working knowledge of instrumentation, sensors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), servo systems, and motor control centers (MCCs).
• Familiarity with electrical codes (NEC/NFPA 70) and industrial safety standards (NFPA 79, OSHA 29 CFR 1910).
