What Success Looks Like

You’ll be successful in this role if you can walk into a manufacturing controls problem, diagnose what's happening, determine the root cause, and implement a reliable solution.

Whether you're troubleshooting a PLC issue, improving an HMI, commissioning new equipment, resolving a network communication problem, or optimizing an existing process, you’ll be expected to combine strong technical knowledge with practical, hands‑on problem solving.

This opportunity is particularly well suited for an engineer who wants to do more than monitor systems—you’ll have the opportunity to program, troubleshoot, improve, and implement automation solutions that directly affect manufacturing performance.
