The Kendall Group in Clinton, MD is seeking a Controls and Application Engineer to support the Galloup sales team. You will design control systems, create wiring diagrams, develop panel layouts, and prepare estimates while communicating technical information to customers and internal partners.
You will work with PLC and HMI programming, read P&ID drawings, specify hardware, and help identify sales opportunities.

Reporting to the Territory Manager, the Controls and Application Engineer is a key member of the Galloup sales team. The Controls and Application Engineer supports the Galloup sales team by providing technical expertise throughout the sales and project process. The person in this role will develop solutions, prepare estimates, design control systems, and create detailed schematics and panel layouts. The Controls and Application Engineer will recommend appropriate products and communicate technical information to customers and internal partners. This position plays a key role in driving panel project opportunities.
