Job summary

Hiscox USA is seeking a Controls Analyst – Financial Reporting & Controls to join our Finance team. This hybrid role focuses on attestations, control design, and governance across Finance and operations, including MAR and Model Audit Rule alignment, with ongoing shield maintenance and evidence management.

You will partner with Claims, UW, and IT to embed controls into processes, drive remediation, and support annual certification activities in a dynamic, globally connected insurer.

Qualifications
