Brady Services is seeking a Controls Account Manager to design, estimate, and sell advanced building automation systems across central and eastern North Carolina. The role emphasizes developing owner sales plans, building long-term client relationships, and delivering quotes and bids for capital projects.
Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering and operations, presenting technical solutions, and traveling as needed to educate customers and win accounts.

To perform this job, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 5+ years of sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in controls plan and specification projects, direct negotiated sales, system integration, and familiarity with Tridium, BacNet, Lon, Trane, and other major control vendors is required. Experience with Access Controls, Security & CCTV, or as a controls technician, engineer, or project manager is a plus.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret service bulletins, technical procedure manuals, equipment specifications, and governmental regulations; present information and respond to questions from top management, customers and staff.
Ability to apply probability, statistical inference, geometry, trigonometry, fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions.
Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions; interpret technical instructions in diagrammatic form.
Manages tasks that involve talking, hearing, walking, using hands, traveling locally, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Vision and other physical requirements are specified in the job description.
Typical office environment and on-site visits, including exposure to wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, high places, fumes, chemicals, extreme temperatures, electrical shock, and vibration. Noise level is moderate.
