Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Manager, Controllership to lead the month-end close, audits, and internal controls for North America entities. You will drive accurate financial reporting, partner with tax and accounting teams, and lead a team with a focus on process improvement.

The role requires 10+ years in accounting within large multinational settings, CPA preferred, and strong Excel and reporting system proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 10+ years progressive accounting experience with oversight of audits.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close for North America entities and ensure timely, accurate close.
• Manage internal and external audits with minimal findings.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and Publicis Groupe controls.
• Provide financial analysis to support reporting, trends, and risk assessment.
