Report to the Chief Financial Officer of this impressive and highly profitable small to mid-sized company in West Omaha, admired within their industry, by customers, and throughout the community. Responsibilities include:

1. Leading a team of high-quality accounting professionals responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, transactional accounting, fixed assets, and profitability analysis across divisions.
2. Collaborating with the executive team and operational leaders to drive efficiencies through process improvements and technology utilization.
3. Documenting current processes, establishing standards and best practices, and optimizing efficiency across financial management functions.
4. Analyzing, selecting, purchasing, and leading the implementation of new technology tools and applications within the current ERP system to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and support growth.
