Location: Charlotte, NC

Schedule: Monday–Friday; on-site

What will your day look like?

• Oversee All Accounting Operations: Lead general ledger management, month‑end close, financial reporting, and audits.
• Drive Financial Strategy: Provide budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis insights that influence executive decision‑making.
• Optimize Systems & Processes: Implement or enhance ERP systems, strengthen internal controls, and streamline financial workflows.
• Lead & Develop the Team: Manage and mentor accounting staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance standards.

Who are you?

• Experienced Accounting Leader: 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
• Technical Finance Expert: Strong command of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and ERP systems.
• Hands‑On & Strategic: Equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves and participating in high‑level financial planning.
• Relationship‑Driven: Effective communicator who can collaborate across operations, executive leadership, and external partners.
