Job summary

TGG Accounting in Oklahoma City is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead the accounting and finance function from Uptown OKC. This ownership role places you on the senior leadership team with broad responsibilities across close, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

You will manage a small team, coordinate payroll with a PEO, and ensure accurate financial operations across entities. Local onsite work with one remote day per week as you ramp up.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2–5 years in leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Hands-on ownership of close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, AP/AR, compliance, and audit/tax coordination.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a small team.
• Strong technical skills, sound judgment, discretion, and executive presence.

• Own month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, AP/AR, tax coordination, audits, and insurance-related compliance.
• Lead and develop a small accounting and administrative team.
• Oversee accounting across multiple entities, plus light administrative and facilities oversight.
• Manage commission accounting, contracts, and related agency/vendor matters.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration with the company's PEO, including enrollment, eligibility, and renewals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance matters.
• Participate in leadership meetings to help shape company strategy.

Onsite, Monday–Friday (potential for 1 remote day/week once established)

A well-established consulting firm in Uptown Oklahoma City is seeking a hands‑on Controller to lead its accounting and finance function. This is a true ownership role, with a seat on a small senior leadership team.

What You’ll Do

• Own month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, AP/AR, tax coordination, audits, and insurance-related compliance
