Global Investment Fund in the NYC area is seeking a senior finance professional to join its growing Finance Team. You will be responsible for Financial Analysis, Accounting, Valuation, Corporate Finance and Financial Reporting, reporting to the CFO and collaborating with Tax, 3rd Party Service Providers, and asset management/Deal Team - ton's exposure and excellent opportunity for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 8+ years of accounting/audit experience in a BIG 4 firm working on Real Estate Funds.
• CPA preferred is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build fund financial operations including Financials, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Analysis.
• Lead distributions of investor allocations, waterfall calculations, carried interest and incentive fees.
• Coordinate with fund administrators and JV partners, investors, and outside service providers.

Our client is Global Investment Fund located in NYC area currently seeking to add a new professional to join their growing Finance Team. Ideal individual will be responsible for Financial Analysis, Accounting, Valuation, Corporate Finance and Financial Reporting.

This opportunity will report to CFO working with a Tax, 3rd Party Service Providers, and asset management/Deal Team - ton's exposure and excellent opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Build out fund financial operations - Financials, Budgeting, Forecasting, Analysis
• Build out distribution of investor allocations, waterfall calculations, carried interest/ incentive fees
• Lead and communicate with fund administrators
• Communicate with JV Partners, Investors, Outside Service Providers, and Banks
• Support Front Office Investments
• Onboard New Investors and Investor Relations reporting
• Discuss Quarterly Property Performance

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a must - CPA preferred
• 8+years of Experience in Accounting/Audit within in a BIG 4 public accounting firm working on Real Estate Funds
