This hands-on finance leader will oversee the full accounting function, partnering with the General Manager, CFO, and operations leadership to drive cost accounting, process improvements, and strong controls.

This role offers high visibility, ownership of an evolving environment, and a clear path to broader financial leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Manufacturing or plant accounting experience required.
• Supervision experience required.
• Strong cost accounting and GAAP financial reporting background.
• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hands-on operating environment.
• CPA or MBA preferred but not required.

This position will oversee the complete accounting and finance function while partnering closely with the General Manager, parent CFO, and operational leadership. It is open due to succession planning.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on manufacturing finance leader who enjoys cost accounting, operational partnership, team development, and process improvement.
