Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in revenue control, financial reporting, and cash handling, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Experience in foodservice or retail accounting is preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; proficiency in data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage all cash handling procedures.
• Perform reconciliations and analyses for balance sheet accounts.
• Analyze financial results for internal and external use.
• Track and maintain monthly P/L and balance sheet activity.
• Develop forecasts and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Review general ledger and balance sheet.
• Resolve accounting and reconciliation issues.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain inventory and cost control procedures.
• Oversee payroll and HR administration.
• Execute related duties and special projects.
