Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for month-end close, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and accreditation reviews (ACHC, CHAP).
• Prepare financial statements, board reports, and ad hoc analyses for executives.
• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and data integrity.
• Oversee inventory costing, capitalization, and depreciation for DME assets.
• Manage billing and revenue reconciliation for hospice contracts; ensure per-diem/capitated billing compliance.
• Supervise AR, AP, and accounting staff; foster accuracy and accountability.
