The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CPA preferred, with 6+ years of experience in public and corporate accounting within manufacturing settings. The position offers a salary of up to $130k and hybrid flexibility after onboarding.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of combined public and corporate accounting experience preferred.
• Experience within manufacturing, inventory-based, or production environments strongly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a hands-on environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger and financial reporting.
• Assist with monthly financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and strengthen accounting policies.
