Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Prior experience as Controller, Assistant Controller, or Senior Accountant.
• Public accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including billing, AR/AP, GL, cost accounting, and revenue recognition.
• Analyze project budgets, forecast variances, and report performance against budget.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee payroll processing and related external reporting.
• Coordinate year-end financial statements and the external audit.
• Supervise accounting staff and coordinate workflow across departments.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
