Qualifications

• 6–15 years of accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PDF tooling.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations in ERP environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable with AI/data analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough understanding of financial reporting and general ledger structure.
• Lead timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close; oversee journal entries and intercompany activity.
• Review/approve AP allocations; approve expense reports.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages including budgets and variance analysis.
• Coordinate annual financial statements with Auditors; support tax forecasting.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize workflows using AI/automation.
• Train and develop one analyst; document non-routine transaction treatment.
• Respond to inquiries regarding financial results and special reporting.
