GEMRT is seeking a strategic Controller to lead the firm’s administrative and financial operations in Coral Gables, FL. You will oversee accounting, HR, IT, and office services while collaborating with partners on strategy and growth.

You’ll drive KPI reporting, budgeting, and performance improvements, and play a key role in talent management and risk oversight within a growing CPA firm environment.

Qualifications

• Master's in Business Administration or CPA license preferred.
• Experience as controller or operations manager in a CPA firm or professional services.
• Ability to oversee HR, IT, marketing, accounting, and office operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the administrative team across accounting, payroll, and IT.
• Collaborate with Partners on strategic planning and KPI reporting.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and risk management.
• Oversee vendor relationships and office operations.
• Partner with Talent on compensation and benefits.
