Job summary

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting seeks a Controller to join the leadership team in Littleton, NH. The role reports to the President & CEO and partners closely on financial strategy and operations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 5+ years of accounting with leadership, plus strong skills in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. Hybrid work arrangement after training, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required plus 5+ years of accounting with leadership experience.
• Strong skills in financial reporting, accounting, analysis and organization.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash management and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the President & CEO and serve as a key financial business partner.
• Oversee Finance, Credit, and Purchasing functions with 3–4 direct reports.
• Lead monthly and annual financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Oversee treasury management, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and debt covenant compliance.
• Manage external accounting firm relationships, tax compliance, and annual financial reviews.
• Oversee inventory valuation, margin analysis, cost accounting, and operational cost reviews.
• Maintain and strengthen financial and internal controls.
