The role requires CPA, 8+ years in accounting with at least 3 in leadership, NetSuite and CRM experience, and a track record in SMB environments. Base salary ranges $175k–$190k with a 30% annual bonus.

The Controller & Director of Accounting is responsible for overseeing the entire accounting function within the organization to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards. This role leads the development and implementation of accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures to support the company’s strategic objectives. The Controller & Director of Accounting manages the accounting team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth. They collaborate closely with executive leadership to deliver timely financial insights that drive informed business decisions. Ultimately, this position ensures the integrity of financial data and supports the organization’s long-term financial health and operational efficiency.The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical accounting expertise, operational rigor, and business partnership skills.
