Ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong month-end close and GAAP expertise, and is skilled at leading large ERP systems and staff development.

We are seeking an experienced Controller with an active CPA license to join a growing organization in Metro Atlanta.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on accounting leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and leading a strong accounting team while reporting directly to the CFO.

Key Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong month-end close experience, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and GAAP.
• Large ERP system experience with the ability to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.
• Proven ability to lead, train, mentor, and develop accounting staff.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
