Qualifications

• Experience implementing fiscal policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with auditors during annual audits.
• Manage accounting, purchasing and payroll systems.
• Oversee invoicing and revenue collection processes.
• Prepare and supervise financial reports.
• Manage grants and documentation of grant expenses.
• Supervise staff accountants in reviewing documents.
• CPA certification is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Enhance, develop, and implement fiscal policies and procedures for the organization to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors conducting annual audits of our financial records.
• Manage accounting, purchasing, and payroll systems.
• Oversee invoicing and revenue collection efforts.
• Prepare and supervise the preparation of financial reports.
• Manage public and private grants in conjunction with Family Outreach & Enrollment team.
• Supervise staff accountants in reviewing and processing a variety of financial, payroll, and audit documents.
• Manage public and private grants and ensure that documentation of grant-related expenses is complete.
• CPA a major plus
