Job summary

LeoForce in Irvine, CA seeks a Senior Controller-Commercial Construction to lead consolidated accounting across two divisions, manage cost-to-cost revenue recognition, and oversee job costing and AIA billings.

You will direct a team of 5–6, handle full GL and month-end close, oversee sales/use tax, and collaborate with HQ for corporate tax returns; competitive base salary and annual bonus, plus strong 401(k) match and longer-term equity potential.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of accounting experience, ideally within construction, engineering, or another project-based industry.
