• Experience as Controller or senior-level dealership accounting management.
• Strong knowledge of deal funding, contracts in transit, and cash flow management.
• Understanding of dealership financial statements and floorplan accounting.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Accounting degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and dealership financial reporting.
• Manage and monitor deal funding, ensuring timely processing and follow-up of outstanding contracts.
• Oversee cash flow management, including cash forecasting and controls.
• Monitor contracts in transit (CIT), receivables, and outstanding funding.
• Manage month-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Oversee floorplan accounting, inventory reconciliations, and related financial activity.
• Partner with dealership leadership to improve processes, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead and support accounting staff with accuracy and accountability.

• Monitor contracts in transit (CIT), receivables, and outstanding funding.
• Manage month-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Oversee floorplan accounting, inventory reconciliations, and related financial activity.
• Partner with dealership leadership to improve processes, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead and support accounting staff while ensuring accuracy and accountability.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Controller or senior-level dealership accounting management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of deal funding, contracts in transit, and cash flow management is essential.
• Solid understanding of dealership financial statements, floorplan accounting, and reconciliations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize deadlines, and resolve funding issues.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Accounting degree is a plus, but not required. Relevant dealership experience and demonstrated ability to manage financial operations are what matter most!
