Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Controller for a stable financial institution in Wisconsin Dells. The full-time role offers a daytime schedule (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) with no nights or weekends and a competitive salary of $90,000 to $100,000.

You will join an accounting team known for collaboration, assist with budgeting, regulatory filings, and cash management, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) match. Banking experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting preferred; additional education is a plus.
• 5+ years accounting experience required.
• Banking or financial services background strongly preferred, including teller or transaction-focused roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development of the annual budget and provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Support regulatory filings and examinations, external audits, Call Report preparation, FRY reporting, and Summary of Deposits requirements.
• Track daily cash and liquidity levels, prepare cash position reports, and assist with funding and collateral management activities.
• Provide backup coverage for various accounting, financial reporting, and related finance functions as needed.
