Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage priorities and lead an accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GL, AP, AR, payroll, inventory, and construction job costing.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Manage cash flow, short-term debt, bank covenants, and financial controls.
• Oversee multi-state sales/use, property, and payroll tax filings.
• Manage fixed assets, depreciation, insurance, benefits, and accounting systems.
• Review customer contracts and support financial/compliance requirements.
• Manage sales reporting, commissions, and accounting team operations.
• Coordinate with external tax, audit, insurance, and benefits providers.
