Overview Of The Controller Role

• Oversee month‑end and year‑end close, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Manage job costing, contractor invoices, vendor payments, and inter‑company allocations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Lead system implementations and process improvements.
• Mentor and manage accounting staff, maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications For The Controller Role

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
