The Plant Controller leads financial reporting processes, providing accurate and timely data management for a new plant in Durant, Oklahoma.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting for all functional areas including Production, Purchasing, and Sales.
• Ensure controls support safeguarding company assets and providing accurate financial records.
• Perform balance sheet reviews, inventory and ledger reporting.
• Coordinate the periodic reporting of financial and operating results looking for opportunities to improve profitability.
• Manage the cost accounting system.
• Manage company policy and procedures.
• Ad hoc projects and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably advanced degrees and certifications.
• 6-10 years of related experience in financial analysis, reporting and accounting leadership for a small or large business, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong track record of implementing internal controls and assimilating, educating and implementing cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
• A strong aptitude in financial analysis, as well as a technical foundation in accounting.
• Experience leading diverse global financial consolidations in an accurate and timely manner.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to develop relationships at all levels within an organization.
• Experience in process improvement activities.
