The FINANCIAL ONTROLLER leads the financial process of the plant. This position is responsible for the following main duties:

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting processes, providing accurate and timely data management for the manufacturingfacility
• Manage financial reporting for all functional areas including Production, Purchasing, and Sales
• Ensure controls support safeguarding company assets and providing accurate financial records.
• Perform balance sheet reviews, inventory and ledger reporting.
• Coordinate the periodic reporting of financial and operating results looking for opportunities to improveprofitability.
• Manage the cost accounting system.
• Ad hoc projects and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in accounting or Finance
• 6 - 10 years of related experience in financial analysis, reporting and accounting leadership for a small or large business, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong track record of implementing internal controls and assimilating, educating and implementing cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
• A strong aptitude in financial analysis, as well as a technical foundation in accounting.
• Experience leading diverse global financial consolidations in an accurate and timely manner
• Outstanding communication and, interpersonal skills
