Job summary

Mission Staffing seeks a senior Corporate Controller to lead global accounting and consolidation for a rapidly growing, 75+ country organization. You will report to the CFO and drive controls, compliance, and technical accounting across 30+ legal entities from a 100% remote position.

We value hands-on expertise with strong leadership and presentation skills, overseeing a 16-person team (4 direct reports) and pushing transformation, automation, and process improvements in IFRS, multi-currency

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate accounting experience (FS preferred)
• Experience with IFRS, multi-currency accounting, transfer pricing, statutory reporting, and audits
• Strong leadership and presentation skills

This is a senior-level role with a rapidly growing global specialty finance firm that operates across 75+ countries, with a highly complex accounting organization spanning 30+ legal entities across 26 countries.
