Role Description

We’re seeking an experiencedController to oversee all accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial systems. This full-time role manages accounting functions, prepares financial reports, maintains compliance with nonprofit standards, and supports leadership with budgeting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
• Oversee monthly closes and financial reporting
• Ensure GAAP and nonprofit compliance (IRS Form 990, ECFA, audits)
• Assist CFO and leadership with forecasting and budgeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of accounting experience, nonprofit experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and aligned with our mission
