Job summary

You’ll influence inventory, financials, and operations while shaping processes in a collaborative, hands-on setting. Ideal candidates bring manufacturing accounting experience, strong audit/tax backgrounds, and a CPA or near-term exposure.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing accounting experience required.
• Strong audit and tax preparation background.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (Sage preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead audit and tax preparation processes, partnering with external firms
• Oversee inventory accounting and support operational teams with financial insights
• Manage the month-end close and prepare financial statements
• Supervise Assistant Controller and accounting/admin staff
• Collaborate with yard managers and leadership to analyze and communicate financial performance
