Job summary

A respected logistics company is seeking a Controller to join their team in Greater Phoenix, AZ. This role offers a hybrid schedule and a clear growth path, overseeing financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance according to GAAP/IFRS. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in leading accounting teams and driving process improvements. A CPA and Big 4 experience are preferred. Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls in alignment with GAAP/IFRS.
• Lead and develop accounting teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Drive process improvements, system upgrades, and policy enhancements for efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights, trend analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Support special projects, including M&A and due diligence, with financial expertise and risk assessment.
