The Controller will possess a strong technical accounting background for both public and corporate accounting, the ability to lead, mentor and build a team, and will have a proven track record with progressive advancement in their career.This position will ensure a timely and accurate month-end close process which includes financial reporting and analysis, general ledger reconciliations and supporting documents to prepare for the year-end audit. As part of this commitment, we offer:* 100% PPO medical, dental, and vision insurance for our employees, 100% for their dependents, paid by the Company* A cell phone stipend* 401(k) match program, pet insurance, life insurance, and more**LOCATION:** The position is based at DrinkPAK’s Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.**TYPE:** Full Time; Salaried / Exempt**RESPONSIBILITIES*** Prepare and oversee financial statements, including, but not limited to, income statements, balance sheets, and trend analysis’.* Ensure compliance with GAAP, industry-specific financial regulations, and external party reporting requirements, including ASC 842 and 606.* Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes for the Pennsylvania location.* Work closely with operations, supply chain, and production teams to track plant activities on a daily basis and reflect all related financial and accounting implications in an accurate and timely manner.* Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making in a sufficient and timely manner.* Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.* Supervise and develop accounting staff, including providing strategic direction for the accounting function and ensuring the team follows appropriate accounting standards and processes.* Support ERP system improvements and financial system enhancements.* Continue to improve processes, standard operating procedures and areas of risk mitigation.**QUALIFICATIONS*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA strongly preferred).* At least 10+ years of accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.* Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar; implementation experience a plus).* Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.* Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting in manufacturing.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.* Robust attention to detail and organizational skills with a high level of integrity and professionalism.* Strong leadership and communication skills.* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive financial discipline.**OUR VALUES**Our company’s culture is guided by our shared values of Speed, Intensity, and Purpose.
