Job summary

DrinkPAK, LLC in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Analyst, IT Support and Network to provide frontline technology support at our beverage manufacturing facility. You'll set up and maintain end-user hardware, troubleshoot network connectivity, and support printers and peripheral devices to keep plant operations running smoothly.

You'll work with the on-site Network Support Manager and IT Shared Services, handling ITSM tickets and onboarding new staff.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on IT support in a corporate or industrial setting.
• Experience with Windows desktop and server environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and image desktops and laptops for users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot networked and local printers and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Wi‑Fi connectivity issues for end‑user devices and plant floor equipment.
• Support and troubleshoot IP camera systems and video surveillance connectivity.
• Perform hardware break/fix tasks including component replacement and equipment swaps.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware assets, configurations, and support tickets in the ITSM platform.
• Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support to facility staff, escalating issues as needed.
• Assist with cabling, patch panel organization, and basic network closet upkeep.
• Support onboarding of new employees with workstation setup and basic system access.

This hands-on role is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end-user hardware, network connectivity, and peripheral devices to ensure plant operations run without interruption.
