Job summary

Noor Staffing Group is seeking a Controller to lead the department responsible for financial planning, reporting, and control in our healthcare facilities. This role directs operations, aligns with the organization's mission, and ensures strong governance and accuracy of financial data.

The Controller will manage budgets, coordinate audits, and drive process improvements while supporting a culture of professional growth and service excellence across hospitals and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• Experience in healthcare or hospital accounting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial controls is required.

Responsibilities

How you'll contribute

The Controller directs the department's activities and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the department and organization. Additional responsibilities include:

• Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
• Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
• Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
• Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.
• Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.
• Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
• Ensures department stays focused on their important role in the continuum of care.
