Job Responsibilities

Are you a seasoned finance professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for strategic planning? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our accounting and finance team. This role involves overseeing financial reports, maintaining records, and implementing controls to mitigate risk.

• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulations.
• Coordinate audit activities.
• Manage cash flow and forecasting, including developing reliable projections and reporting mechanisms.
• Prepare and publish monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate the preparation of the annual report.
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
• Manage compliance with government reporting and tax filings.
• Develop and document business processes and internal controls.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of senior accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Experience with financial statements and general ledger functions.
• Strong software skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work closely with senior management.
