Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) seeks a Finance leader at the Grafton location in Massachusetts. The role is on-site, full-time, and involves overseeing accounting, SEC compliance, and internal controls, with responsibility for budgeting, planning, and a Finance & Accounting team.

The position includes relocation support and a broad mandate to drive financial performance in line with corporate objectives, reporting to senior leadership and participating in strategic financial reviews.

Formación

• B.S. in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
• CPA certification is a plus.
• 15 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with management roles.
• Experience with SEC regulations and filings.
• Expertise in budgeting, internal control, and tax.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure financial statements comply with GAAP and SEC rules.
• Develop and implement internal control systems to safeguard assets.
• Ensure controls are in place and properly functioning; investigate failures.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews with GM, division president, or CEO.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance aligned with corporate objectives.
• Coordinate and manage budgeting and planning processes.
• Manage Finance & Accounting team including analysts, accounting manager, Sox Coordinator, AR/AP.

PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for Finance/Accounting oversight and primary day-to-day activities at the Grafton location.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Ensure that financial statements and information comply with generally accepted accounting principles and SEC rules and regulations.
• Develop, implement and ensure compliance with accounting and internal control systems which are designed to provide assurance that assets are safeguarded from loss or unauthorized use and to produce records adequate for preparation for financial information.
• Ensure that adequate controls are in place, they are being performed as intended, and that failures are investigated and remedied in a timely fashion.
• Key participant in monthly and quarterly financial review with GM, division president and/or CEO
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement of financial performance in accordance with corporate objectives and communicate and pursue such opportunities.
• Provide management and coordination of the budgeting and planning process.
• Responsible for managing the Finance & Accounting team including financial analyst, accounting manager, Sox Coordinator, AR/AP team.

REQUIREMENTS

• B.S. in Accounting or Finance/ MBA preferred
• CPA is a plus
• 15 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, and management positions in industry
• Experience with SEC regulations and filings
• Expertise in technical accounting
• General management or operational experience helpful
• General knowledge of income tax regulations
• Expertise in budgeting and planning
• Expertise in internal control
• Ability to assess risks and balance costs with benefits
• Appreciation of economy and efficiency

Pay & Benefits

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $145,000 to $170,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors.

For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 3X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter.

• Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year.
• Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.

• Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
