Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Controller or senior accounting leader.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience overseeing accounting operations, payroll, and internal controls.
• Leadership experience with mentoring and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and financial operations, including general ledger, payables/receivables, payroll, cash management, and month-end close.
• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Develop and strengthen internal controls and financial processes.
• Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and strategic planning.
• Lead and mentor the administrative team and drive continuous improvement.
• Support day-to-day business operations across sales, service, HR, and talent acquisition as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

• Leading all accounting and financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cash management, and month-end close.
• Preparing timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Developing and strengthening internal controls, financial processes, and operational efficiencies.
• Partnering with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Leading and mentoring the administrative team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Supporting day-to-day business operations, including sales and service initiatives, human resources, and talent acquisition as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
