Base Pay Range

$175,000.00/yr - $275,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing actionable insights to support decision‑making.
• Oversee audits and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team to enhance their skills and performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to streamline financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filings.
