• 6+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with leadership.

• Proven ability to lead and develop an accounting team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting and finance function, including month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Own the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Analyze cost structures, margins, variances, and profitability.
• Partner with operations and senior leadership to drive financially sound decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide detailed analysis on labor, materials, overhead, pricing, and performance.
• Lead process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and controls.
• Mentor, develop, and hold the accounting team accountable.
• Support audits, tax activities, and other strategic financial initiatives.

Position Summary

Qualifications

• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Demonstrated understanding of cost accounting, margins, profitability, and variance analysis.
• Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify trends and business opportunities within financial data.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to both financial and non‑financial leaders.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop an accounting team.
• Strong Excel and ERP system experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or MBA preferred.
