Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking a hands-on Controller for a 100% onsite role in Napa, CA. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction accounting, expertise in job costing, percent-complete costs, and forecasting, and can supervise a team of 3–4 while mentoring staff.

A Bachelor\'s degree is required and performance will be aligned with project outcomes. The position offers a strong compensation package with a base salary of $170,000–$200,000 plus annual bonus, 401(k) with match,
